About Us
We are a full service egg donor and gestational carrier agency and have been matching clients with egg donors and gestational carriers since 1999 as the law firm of Robert Nichols, Esq., P.C. In order to serve intended parents, egg donors and gestational carriers better, we have separated our egg donor and gestational carrier matching services from our legal services by establishing the Center for Surrogacy & Egg Donation, Inc. and Nichols & DeLisle, P.C.
As a parent of twins born through the assistance of an egg donor and a gestational carrier, Attorney Nichols understands the emotional and financial aspects of working with an egg donor and/or gestational carrier. Every member of our staff also has extensive experience matching intended parents with egg donors and gestational carriers. We are considered to be one of the most reputable egg donor and gestational carrier agencies in the industry. It is because of our reputation that all fertility clinics in the Boston area include us on their lists of approved egg donor and gestational carrier agencies. Because the Center for Surrogacy & Egg Donation is affiliated with the law firm, Nichols & DeLisle, P.C. Attorney Nichols will be able to answer any legal questions you may have before a donor and/or carrier match is made. The law firm of Nichols & DeLisle will be available to answer such questions throughout the process. In addition, we understand the importance of client confidentiality and will exert the utmost care in maintaining anonymity between intended parents and their donor unless both parties agree to exchange identifying information.
Our staff meets frequently with the IVF Physicians and nurses who head the egg donor and gestational carrier programs at each of the Boston area fertility clinics. We have a very good working relationship with each of these clinics. Because of this, we have a good understanding of each of the clinics' policies and procedures regarding egg donors and gestational carriers. This makes it much more likely that your donor and/or gestational carrier will successfully complete the IVF cycle at your clinic. We also frequently work with fertility clinics outside of the Boston area. If you are a patient at a fertility clinic that we have not worked with previously, we will contact your clinic to make sure that we and your donor or carrier meet all of the clinic's specific requirements. If you have any questions about our agency or our egg donor and gestational carrier matching processes, please feel free to contact us.
